* How could I place an order if I don't have a PayPal account ?
We only use PayPal as a secure payment gateway and you don't need a PayPal account to place an order from us, all you need is a credit/debit card.

* How do I check the status of my order?
Our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email which includes the tracking number after your order started to be shipped.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, processing time may take few days longer than expected and the shipping times may take longer than the estimated time due to bad weather, delayed from local carrier, etc.

* Why my tracking number says it is NOT FOUND?
Remember it is normal if you can not track your order right after you receive it. Please allow 24-48 hours or even 2-3 days later in some rare cases for your tracking details to update.

* Why my tracking doesn't show any update of the progress ?
This is normal when the tracking system get delayed because the local post office hasn't submitted any online updates to us but we still guarantee the shipping time will be the same as our shipping time frame and we'll get update of your order as soon as we have anything new.
However, if the tracking doesn't show any updates over the last 14 days, please email us at: info@zaloki.com , our staffs will help you contact the carrier and solve the problem.

* How long does delivery take?
Our products are manufactured within 4-10 days, then we start to ship the orders. Most customers will receive their packages in 10-20 days after an order is processed. In some cases, the product you order is in high demand and it could cause the delay of processing time from 2-3 more days. However, we'll try our best to keep the total shipping time in our time frame: 14-30 days after you placed an order.

If there are any shipping problems, coming from the shipping carrier or local customs, the order may be delayed. Total order processing time, from the order time to the successful delivery can be up to 60-75 days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also notify you via email of any important tracking information.

* Do you deliver products internationally?
Zaloki successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
To reduce the worldwide shipping time as well as the overload of goods, we are now having up to 6 warehouses all over the world and they are in US, Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Moreover, we'll try to expand to many countries as possible in the future.
However, in some rare cases, if our warehouse in your country is out of stock and in order to reduce the processing time, we'll use another warehouse which has a lowest shipping cost to ship the goods to you instead of waiting for the products to be available again in that warehouse.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all because orders are usually put in processed within 24-48 hours after you placed it. If your order has already entered the production process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
